Mountain City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation solutions. Our 297 bed facility offers a full continuum of services and care focused around each individual in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment. 

 

We are currently seeking a Weekend Day Part time and Evening Part time LPN to be responsible for, including but not limited to the following:

 

 

Assess patients by physical examination including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.  

 Communicate with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.  

 Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.  

 And other duties as assigned.
