The selected Resident Assistant(s) will provide direct care to residents following an individual service plan, treat each resident with respect and dignity, recognize individual needs and encourage independence. Ideal candidates will be goal focused, customer service oriented and will enjoy making a commitment to meeting the needs of our older adults.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan.
• You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment.
• Recording and reporting changes in resident's eating habits to supervisor.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Must be a Certified Caregiver
• Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or (GED)
• Willingness to be trained
• Must have experience and patience working with Alzheimer's/Dementia patients
