Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

1. Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

2. License to practice as a physical therapy assistant within the state.


Position Summary:

Provides Physical Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Functions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations.
