Functions under the direction of the Administration and the Board of Directors. Reports directly to the Regional Operations Director. Master's degree in administration or a health related field, and at least two years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or in a health care setting; or a Bachelor's degree in administration or a health related field and four years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or in a health care setting. Extensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health Medicare and Medicaid, and other insurance and payor sources. Understanding of the DME industry. New Jersey nursing license |
