SALES ASSOCIATE

 

Century Park Associates invites a seasoned, dynamic SALES ASSOCIATE to join our sales team to achieve sales and marketing goals for Garden Plaza at Lawrenceville and the Bridge at Lawrenceville, a retirement community near Atlanta, GA.  We offer 150 independent living apartments and 65 assisted living apartments. 

 

Our Sales Team's Responsibilities:

Reaching occupancy goals for the assigned community

Representing communities professionally in the assigned market

Following-up with leads database consistently

  

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years successful sales experience in senior housing
  • Exceptional track record in sales and marketing
  • Ability to "close the sale"
  • Creative
  • Results-oriented
  • Commitment to hospitality and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Genuine compassion for seniors
