Responsibilities We are currently seeking an experienced Divisional Resident Services Specialist to join our team in California. The primary job function of the Divisional Resident Services Specialist is to perform essential assisted living functions in designated communities, focusing primarily on ensuring the best quality of care to our senior residents while adhering to company policies and procedures and state regulations.

Scope of Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for resident care management throughout community
- Responsible for staff training and in-services
- Ensure initial and ongoing assessments are timely and accurate
- Ensure service plans and assignments sheets are accurate and current
- Follow up on incident reporting, critical issues and communication book
- Oversee the medication program throughout the community Qualifications Requirements Include:
- Must be flexible and willing to travel on a continuous basis – This position is 90% travel
- Must be LVN or RN in good standing and meet all State health requirements
- 3+ years experience in geriatrics
- Must enjoy working with seniors!!
- Strong staff management and supervisory skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
