POSITION SUMMARY:

This position applies management and geriatric nursing skills to coordinate care in an Assisted Living setting! The primary purpose of the Health Services Director is to assist in the planning, organizing, developing and directing of resident services in accordance with regulatory standards and customer expectations. The Health Services Director works closely with other management team members to assure the highest degree of resident service and satisfaction are met. Duties include promoting positive living environment for assisted living and dementia residents, resident assessment & care planning, overseeing the medication management program, and training and supervising caregiving staff.If you have leadership experience and a passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults this is the job for you. You'll enjoy the beautiful surroundings and a philosophy guided by the principles of resident choice, dignity, and independence. Will have RN oversite at Living Court Assisted Living Community.

Must be a Registered Nurse.

Requirements

Health Services Director
Required Experience:

Experience in geriatric health care and/or senior housing is preferred. Experience in staff supervision and training is required. Computer skills in Microsoft Office preferred.

Required Education:

Applicants must have a current, unencumbered RN license in the state where the person will practice.
