Silverado Senior Living is seeking an on-call Dietary Aide at our community to assist as needed with food preparation and washing dishes.  This position is per diem and the candidate of choice will serve as a backup when someone is sick or on vacation.  This position does not include a regular schedule. 
 
The general responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with food preparation
  • Clean kitchen and dining area.
  • Fill chemical dispensers of dish machine and loads machine with dishes.
  • Mop all dietary floors.
  • Stock supplies, meats and groceries.
  • Communicate with residents as well as record and maintain tray cards and dietary labels.
