  • An Occupational Therapist will perform patient evaluations and
  • Provide therapeutic services according to physician's orders in the patient's home setting.
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the respective state.

  • One year clinical experience strongly preferred.

  • CPR Certification

  • Personal transportation, valid drivers license and automobile insurance coverage.
