General Manager

The Bridge at Farmington

Century Park Associates is a hospitality based, privately-held provider of senior living housing that is committed to leading the industry in 100% excellence of service. Century Park develops and manages senior living communities across the country which offer independent living and assisted living apartments. We operate in over 44 communities across 20 states.


We are currently looking for a General Manager to lead The Bridge at Farmington Community located in Farmington, NM. Our General Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community. This property offers 62 Assisted Living Apartments.

 

We are looking for a leader to have:

  • ~ 5+ years proven management skills in Independent and/ OR Assisted Living
  • ~ Sales expertise in driving census
  • ~ A solid understanding of P&L accounting
  • ~ Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • ~ Genuine compassion for seniors

Our management team must also have excellent leadership skills including good judgment and initiative. A BS degree is preferred.
