We are seeking a seasoned professional with a sales backround that can help Seniors and their families see the value in living in our comunity on the beautiful Oregon Coast.  Westmont Living, where people come first, is not about being big, but about being good.

 Sales Director

BASIC FUNCTION/DUTIES:

This position is responsible for planning and directing marketing functions to maintain budgeted occupancy for the community:

  • Will develop specific marketing plans,
  • Conduct quarterly market analyses
  • Develop and work with Lifestyle Director to implement community events
  • Complete advertising for the events
  • Conduct direct referral source appointments and outreach calls to increase direct traffic to community
  • Assist in the development of all marketing and collateral materials, communications projects and promotional activities to further the goals of Westmont Living
  • Work with the Executive Director to develop and implement Quarterly Sales and Marketing Plan
  • Accurately maintain the community's Right Click database by entering information about new inquiries, advertising campaigns, and community center events. Record consistent and appropriate follow up communication with inquiries and prospective residents
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents
  • Qualify prospective residents, effectively matching our services to their needs thus maximizing move-in potential
  • Consistently identify, develop and maintain relationships with any and all potential referral sources and conduct on-going field visits as appropriate.
  • Qualify all current and potential referral sources, effectively matching our services to their needs, thus maximizing referral potential.
  • Be familiar with weekly company benchmarks and reporting requirements to meet sales goals
  • Research and maintain current information on local competition and new services and competitors entering the marketplace and report findings to the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.
  • Serve as a resource in the community by educating and providing information to those who advise seniors on health and alternative living options.
  • Provide opportunities for community members and prospects to visit and tour the community by planning and participating in appropriate special events.
  • Discuss and make recommendations for community advertising with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer or Regional Director of Operations
  • Provide Management staff with current availability and market ready room lists.
  • Assist the Executive Director in ensuring that the community, including all available apartments, model apartments, common areas and grounds are marketable and presentable.
  • Assist the Management Team in completing the necessary move-in paperwork ensuring a smooth transition for the resident and acting in compliance with company policies and appropriate State Licensing regulations.
  • Accurately track move-ins and move outs in Right Click system and the qualify leads, determining appropriate follow up actions.
  • Provide the Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Regional Direction of Operations with necessary paperwork and reports to actively monitor sales and community marketing efforts.
  • Manage and monitor department budget.
  • Supervise, manage, train, coach and counsel team members, if applicable.
  • Manage all operational needs of the community when acting as Manager on Duty, if applicable.
  • Document in the log book any significant incidents.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled in-service programs, training programs and staff meetings.
  • Perform all duties to exemplify and champion Westmont Living's Mission Statement
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain the integrity of Westmont standards
