DIRECTOR OF ASSISTED LIVING                                       Elegant Senior Community

Ideal Candidate...
*  Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
* Assisted Living management background supporting ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
* Work history supporting strong, successful ability to hire, direct and manage associates.
* Strong customer service background and experience.  

 

 DIRECTOR OF ASSISTED LIVING
will be responsible for ensuring that the programs and services delivered are consistent with Brookdale Senior Living's philosophy of Senior Living and management of daily operations. Will oversee the Assisted Living section and report to the Executive Director . Supervise and direct the work activity of the employees. Coordinate & manage all nursing and assisted living aide services rendered to clients.  Create and maintain a high level of resident and employee satisfaction. This position reports to the Executive Director.
