Job Description: 

Provides daily program and individual/group activities on the Nursing Units for approximately 40-70 Residents in accordance with Cross Keys Village--The Brethren Home Community policies, departmental procedures/ protocols and State/Federal and accreditation regulations.  Utilizes recreation and therapeutic services for the purpose of intervention in bringing about a desired change or adjustment in meeting Residents needs.  Assists in the planning of activity opportunities for Resident participation that bring pleasure and other positive rewards.  Scope of duties are complex and the quality of work contributes to the Resident’s physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.  Is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.
