Job Description: 

2:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Full-Time, Part-Time), Within the current and appropriate Nurse Practice Act, supervises and monitor the delivery of care by Caregivers according to resident care plans.  Assess resident for condition changes.  Monitor dining activities to identify concerns or changes in resident’s needs.  Respond to Caregivers request for assistance, correcting inappropriate or unsafe techniques.  Identify education needs for the Caregivers.
