Our Home Care Company, a division of Community Health Systems, is a rapidly growing national healthcare provider.  We care for the healthcare needs of our communities by collaborating with other healthcare providers, offering patients primary treatment programs and disease management programs.

 

We're currently seeking an experienced Regional Operations Director to manage and oversee our extensive Home Care Agency operations in Texas. This position will have responsibility for strategic planning, financial management and business development for the region.




The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience of successfully managing multi-facility home health and hospice operations.  A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management or other related field is required. Extensive travel throughout the State of Texas will be necessary for this home based position.
