Job Description:  Provides nursing triage care by phone to patients and families in homes and institutional settings. Primary On Call (POC) triages all phone calls and manages the on-call schedules Current Florida RN license with 2-3 years nursing experience preferably in oncology, palliative care, geriatrics, or home health care. Experience working with interdisciplinary team desired. Demonstrated ability to work non-judgmentally with persons of varied cultural, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds and lifestyles. Valid Florida Drivers license and Insurance.
