Century Park Associates invites a seasoned Regional Director of Operations for Northwest to join our team.   This role is responsible for overseeing and supporting 8 properties throughout in ID, WA, OR and UT.

Ideal RDO Qualifications:


* 5+ years proven management in hospitality-focused senior housing

* Sales expertise through results-oriented efforts

* Genuine compassion for seniors

* Proven track record designing, implementing and managing budgets

* Leadership skills including good judgment and initiative

* Effective people skills

* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

* Multi-site experience required

* BS degree preferred  

* Travel will be required 70+%
