Job Description: 

(Part-Time, Days and Evening including weekends and holidays), Responsible for exercising the high standards set forth in the Cross Keys Village/The Brethren Home Community's Core Values.. Cleans dishes, pots and pans, equipment and work areas of kitchen. Follows specific detailed instructions, policies and procedures, including sanitation and infectious control standards. Maintain fire and safety standards. Works under the direction of the Managers and Executive Chef, who will routinely review completed tasks for quality and accuracy. The scope of the job duties is moderate in complexity and the quality of work contributes to the well-being of the Residents. Is responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.
