Job Description: 

(Full-Time, Part-Time), A qualified professional who screens, evaluates/re-evaluates, directs, supervises and provides Occupational Therapy services to residents of all service lines (Sub-acute, Healthcare, Assisted Living and Residential Housing) as prescribed by the attending physician. Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service and to serve as a resource to all other departments with the CKV-TBH community.
