Job Description: 

(PRN) Identifies, coordinates, implements, evaluates and monitors health services for Assisted Living residents in accordance with Cross Keys Village-The Brethren Home Community's procedures and state/federal regulations. Provides guidance and leadership to AL team members. Independent judgment required; is held accountable for soundness of professional judgment. Scope of job duties are of unusual complexity and the quality of decisions made contributes to the physical well-being and safety of the Residents and to the success of the Assisted Living program. Responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent customer service.
