Silverado Senior Living is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales and Marketing Representative to join our Plano sales team as a Family Ambassador.
 
General Family Ambassador responsibilities include:
  • Interprets Silverado programs and services to prospective residents and their families from first call through initiation of service.
  • Manage all direct inquiries into the community including appropriate data entry and follow up.  
  • Conduct regular tours with perspective families and assist them through the move-in process.
  • Communicate Silverado’s mission through public speaking and membership and participation in community events. 
 
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, driven by meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.  General background will include:
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory and contact database.
  • Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Several years of sales experience in the healthcare environment.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with people having Alzheimer’s disease and their families.
