General Managers / Managers in Training

 

We invite strong General Managers in Colorado to consider joining our team at Century Park.  We currently manage 7 sites in Colorado from Longmont in the north to Alamosa in the south with several near Denver.  We are preparing for growth in the Southwest -- from seasoned leaders to managers in training. 

 

Century Park Associates is a hospitality-based, privately-held provider of senior living with management oversight of 45 communities in 20 states (assisted living and retirement).  Our sister company, Life Care Centers, operates skilled facilities so we can offer a full continuum of care on many campuses.  

 

Ideal Qualifications for General Managers:

  • Experience Required.
  • 5+ years proven management skills in AL and/or IL desired
  • Sales expertise in driving census
  • Solid understanding of P&L, financials, budgeting
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Good judgment and initiative
  • Genuine compassion for seniors
  • Approachable and supportive to staff
  • Advocate of hospitality and customer service
  • BS degree preferred

 

Ideal Qualifications for Managers-in-Training:

  • Desire to serve seniors demonstrated by prior work or volunteer experience in senior living
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Good judgment and initiative
  • Desire to learn
  • Positive outlook
  • Willingness and ability to travel / relocate for training and placement
  • Advocate of hospitality and customer service
  • BS degree
