Overview:

Horizon Bay Retirement Living is seeking a Director of Sales for our community in Bryan, TX.

 



What you would be doing:

  • Achieve occupancy and revenue goals while operating within the budgeted marketing dollars and earn great commissions along the way.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director in implementing strategic sales plans to achieve community and company goals.
  • Assist prospective residents, their family members and/or advisors in the decision-making process by inviting them into the community for a tour, luncheon or other community event.  
  • Opportunity to share with prospects the exciting ability to continue and share their story at Horizon Bay.
  • Participate in national and regional sales contests.
  • Manage lead database to successfully convert prospects to residents.
  • Analyze marketing competition, market conditions and competitive services/products in the market area.
  • Host events including luncheons and tours for community groups.
  • Help plan special events and promotions to promote the community to the neighborhood.
  • Recognize opportunities to share your community story with local newspapers and media outlets
  • Effectively communicate Horizon Bay’s core values of Teamwork, Respect, Responsibility, Integrity and Professionalism to prospects, families and professionals.


What are we looking for:

  • Effective, motivated and driven sales professionals who want to grow with our dynamic sales team
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • 5 years of successful sales experience
  • Candidates must have a strong sales background
  • Prior management experience is necessary
  • Demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, public speaking, enthusiasm and energy, and effective interpersonal skills
