Responsibilities Manages the system interfaces between HRIS system, payroll and third party vendors.

    Manages and administers the activities of the 401k plan.
   
    Manages and prepares with outside vendors annual total reward statements.

Assists in the development of specifications for new plans or modifications to existing plans to maintain Atria's competitive position in the labor market and maintain uniform benefit packages for all locations, where possible.

Prepares with legal consultation, benefit plan documents, trust agreements, summary annual reports, summary plan documents, policies and procedures.

Manages day to day administration and activities of health and welfare plans.

Ensures compliance with the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income security Act (ERISA). Reviews and analyzes changes to state and federal laws pertaining to benefits, and reports necessary or suggested changes to management.

Responsible for ensuring preparation and data for annual Form 5500’s is provided in a timely basis and that 5500’s are filed within the specified time frames.

Supervises the day-to-day workflow of the Benefit Administrators to ensure an efficient workflow between HR Services/Benefits and Payroll.

Directs and delegates special projects to Benefit Administrators. Qualifications Education and Professional Experience Requirements

A bachelor's degree and five (5) to seven (7) years experience in Human Resources or consulting, preferably in Benefits Administration, or a combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills

Knowledge and experience with ADP payroll and benefit systems
