Job Description: 

Suburban Woods Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Full Time LPN for 2nd shift ( 3PM - 11PM). As LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for the nursing care of a group of assigned residents, including , but not limited to, supervision of the CNA staff.

Interested candidates must have a valid PA LPN licensure, experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred. Must be flexible to work every other weekend.
