Responsibilities We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Assisted Living Director to join our Atria Desert Mountain Team.  The Regional Assisted Living Director is responsible for providing clinical oversight and regulatory support to their assigned Assisted Living Communities to promote and maintain the highest Quality of Life for Residents. Qualifications Requirements Include:
- Must be a RN in good standing and meet all State health requirements
- 3+ years experience in geriatrics
- Must enjoy working with seniors!!
- Strong staff management and supervisory skills
- Background in training and mentoring staff
