- Licensure Required
- 1-2 years experience is required
A member of the health care team who performs triage activities for patients using home telemonitoring services. Directs and manages utilization of VNA services for patients receiving telemonitoring services.

Candidates must be an RN with 5 years of cardiac experience, BSN preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years homecare experience, QA experience a plus.

Either Sat/Sun or Sat only is available.
